Our 18th Season 2008-2009 Founded by Artistic Director, Judith Herrington in 1991, Tacoma Youth Chorus is comprised of seven select, auditioned choirs for boys and girls, ages 8-18, with changed and unchanged voices. Auditions are available throughout the year and are basically like a private voice lesson. You may call the office or call a director to schedule your private audition. Singers are also welcome to visit rehearsals. Please contact the director for permission. Tacoma Youth Chorus hosts several major concerts each season with numerous collaborative concerts held throughout the season as well. Visit our events calendar or upcoming events page for ticket information. Come hear us sing! ANNOUNCEMENT! Mr. Ted Chamberlain is the new director of the Concert Choir (grades 4-5) for TYC!
